lead generation & prospecting:

o identify and reach out to potential students through cold calls, emails, and social media

platforms.

o collaborate with marketing teamsto gather qualified leads and follow up effectively.

2. consultative sales:

o understand the educational needs and career goals of prospective students.

o provide detailed information about available courses, programs, and career benefits.

o recommend suitable programs based on individual requirements.

3. sales closure:

o handle objections and queries to ensure a smooth enrolment process.

o guide prospective student sthrough the application and payment process.

4. relationship management:

o build and maintain relationships with potential students and agents.

o maintain post-enrolment communication to enhance satisfaction and retention.

5. market analysis:

o stay updated on global education trends, student preferences, and competitor offerings.

o provide insights to the management forstrategic decision-making.

6. reporting & target achievement:

o meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

o maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and enrollments in the crm system
