Store Manager (Male)

Key Responsibilities

 Sales & Floor Management: Drive daily sales targets and ensure the sales floor is always optimised

for high performance.

 Inventory Control: Oversee stock levels, manage local inward/outward movements, and conduct

regular audits using Excel to ensure zero leakage.

 Visual Merchandising: Ensure all garment displays, mannequins, and racks reflect the Zedd

Studio brand standards and appeal to the local Durgapur market.

 Team Leadership: Hire, train, and motivate sales associates. Handle scheduling (including managing

weekly offs) and resolve any internal conflicts.

 Customer Excellence: Resolve customer complaints personally and build a loyal client base through

personalised service and feedback collection.

 Operational Reporting: Maintain daily records of sales, footfall, and expenses using Microsoft Excel

to report back to the business owners.
