Key Responsibilities Sales & Floor Management: Drive daily sales targets and ensure the sales floor is always optimisedfor high performance. Inventory Control: Oversee stock levels, manage local inward/outward movements, and conductregular audits using Excel to ensure zero leakage. Visual Merchandising: Ensure all garment displays, mannequins, and racks reflect the ZeddStudio brand standards and appeal to the local Durgapur market. Team Leadership: Hire, train, and motivate sales associates. Handle scheduling (including managingweekly offs) and resolve any internal conflicts. Customer Excellence: Resolve customer complaints personally and build a loyal client base throughpersonalised service and feedback collection. Operational Reporting: Maintain daily records of sales, footfall, and expenses using Microsoft Excelto report back to the business owners.

Knowledge in Tally and Excel is a must
