Job Description :
1) Setting up & acting of new channel partners and overseeing the on-boarding process.
2 Regular meetings with current active Channel Partners and ensuring business flow continuation.
3) Designing incremental sales schemes for Channel Partner.
4) Keeping an appropriate market survey analysis to help understand the market trend and assist Channel Partner activation.
5) Maintaining proper database records of all the Channel Partners interacted across all zones.
6) Should be able to source Channel Partners via various mediums and keep a pre-sourced database of the same.
7) Maintaining all channel partner visit reports taking timely feedback from the closing Manager and sharing with the channel partner.
8) Giving feedback to channel partners on their visit quality and product training if required.
9) Keeping follow-up track of channel partner commission/ Brokerage and ensuring invoice raised on as per timeline and payment to be released.

3) Candidates should have sales knowledge from a real estate background.
