€¢ Read, Write and Speak fluent Marathi, Hindi, English.

€¢ Preferred MBA in any field.

€¢ Fresher & Experience (Specially for Field Job).

€¢ Smart / Good Personality / Confident while talking (Sometimes need to interact with our channel partners and political leaders).

MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: -

€¢ Providing information about training to the teachers and beneficiaries.

€¢ Reaching out to the beneficiaries in collaboration with NGOs / Community Leaders / Educational Institutions / Women's Groups.

€¢ Communicating / Coordinating with beneficiaries.

€¢ Maintaining a good relationship with the office staff, Senior Management and beneficiaries for smooth work balance.

€¢ Daily work status to be submitted on a daily basis at EOD.
