Looking For Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor daily construction/site activities

Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedules

Manage and guide site staff, laborers, and subcontractors

Maintain quality control for materials and workmanship

Ensure compliance with safety rules and site regulations

Coordinate with Site Engineer, Project Manager, and vendors

Track daily progress and prepare site reports and attendance

Handle basic measurement and material usage records

Identify site issues and report delays or risks promptly

Ensure proper housekeeping and discipline at the site

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong site execution and supervision skills

Knowledge of construction methods, tools, and materials

Ability to read basic drawings and layouts

Good communication and labor-handling skills

Awareness of safety norms and quality standards

Basic documentation and reporting skills

Diploma / ITI / Certificate in Civil, Construction, or relevant field
