Job Summary:We are seeking a highly competent and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our construction sites in and around Dharashiv. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing on-site activities, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a deep understanding of construction processes.Key Responsibilities:Site Management & Execution:Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and schedules.Allocate tasks to workers and subcontractors, monitor their performance, and ensure efficient utilization of labor, materials, and equipment.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure work quality.Oversee the receiving, storage, and proper use of materials and equipment on-site.Quality Control:Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards (e.g., as per BIS codes or company standards).Identify and rectify any deviations from specifications or quality issues promptly.Assist in conducting quality checks and ensuring proper records are maintained.Safety & Compliance:Implement and enforce all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures on the construction site.Conduct regular safety briefings (Toolbox Talks) and ensure workers wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).Identify and mitigate potential hazards, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.Report all incidents, accidents, and near-misses promptly and accurately.Ensure compliance with all local regulations and labor laws.Team Supervision & Leadership:Lead, motivate, and manage on-site labor, including skilled and unskilled workers, masons, carpenters, bar benders, etc.Address site-level conflicts and disciplinary issues in a fair and effective manner.Train new workers on site-specific procedures and safety protocols.Coordination & Communication:Liaise effectively with the Project Manager, engineers, architects, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project flow.Communicate daily progress, issues, and resource requirements to the Project Manager.Participate in site meetings and contribute to problem-solving.Documentation & Reporting:Maintain accurate daily site records, including daily progress reports, labor attendance, material consumption, and equipment usage.Prepare and submit reports as required by the Project Manager.Assist in checking contractor bills and quantities as per work executed.
