Project Site Supervisor - We are looking for a responsible and proactive Project Site Supervisor to oversee on-site project activities and ensure smooth execution according to approved plans, timelines, and quality standards. The role requires strong coordination with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day site operations and workforce activities.Ensure adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and safety guidelines.Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.Monitor material usage, site progress, and work schedules.Prepare and submit regular site progress reports to management.Identify and resolve routine site-related issues to avoid delays in project completion.Candidate must have- Prior experience in site supervision or project execution.Basic knowledge of civil works, interior works, or installation projects.Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage on-site teams and ensure timely project completion.Basic documentation and reporting skills.

Responsibilities:-Monitoring day-to-day activities diligently by visiting all the working sites.-Ensure supervision of construction of interior work at the site.-Ensure all carpenters, plumbers, electricians, labours etc. reach and work at place on site.-Maintain material log.-Manage the procurement of materials and labour necessary to complete the project.-Ensure unloading of materials arrived at site.-Implement the site specific Health and Safety Work Plan and ensure safe working conditions.-Record site observations, employee hours, health and safety statistics.-Supervise subcontractors and approve invoices.-Interpreting interior plans and designs.-Ensuring project completion as per the timeline.Requirements-Bachelor-s or Diploma degree Civil or in related field.-Proven work experience in interior work such as furniture, false ceiling, partition, MEP Familiarity with required tools and equipment.-Strong leadership qualities.-Good communication skills.-Ability to handle situation at site.
