We are looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee construction activities in New Zealand. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 8 years of relevant experience and an ITI qualification.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Supervise Daily Operations:** Manage on-site activities and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- **Monitor Work Quality:** Check and evaluate the quality of work being performed by contractors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with standards.
- **Coordinate Workers:** Direct and coordinate activities among workers and subcontractors to maintain effective workflow and collaboration.
- **Implement Safety Measures:** Ensure that all safety regulations and protocols are followed to create a safe working environment for everyone on site.
- **Maintain Project Documentation:** Keep accurate records of work progress, materials used, and any incidents that may arise during the project.
- **Communicate with Stakeholders:** Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any issues promptly.
