Job Description:

We are hiring experienced Shuttering Carpenters for a leading construction company in Dubai. The role involves preparing and installing shuttering (formwork) for concrete structures as per site requirements and drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.

Measure, cut, assemble, and dismantle shuttering (formwork) for slabs, columns, beams, and foundations.

Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment with accuracy.

Ensure alignment and levels of the shuttering structures before pouring concrete.

Follow site safety procedures and work under supervision of site engineers.

Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of carpentry tools and work area.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Shuttering Carpenter in building or infrastructure projects.

Skilled in both timber and steel formwork.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Physically fit and able to work on heights if required.

Basic communication skills in Hindi/English preferred.
