Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Showroom Manager to manage daily showroom operations, drive sales performance, and ensure excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate will lead the sales team, maintain operational efficiency, and achieve business targets while upholding company standards.

Manage end-to-end showroom operations and ensure smooth daily functioning

Drive sales growth by achieving monthly and annual targets

Lead, train, and motivate showroom staff to improve productivity and performance

Ensure high standards of customer service and handle customer escalations effectively

Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and prevent stock loss

Maintain visual merchandising and showroom presentation standards

Oversee billing, cash handling, and compliance with SOPs

Prepare sales reports, MIS, and performance analysis for management

Coordinate with vendors, service teams, and head office

Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
