Job Description

We are looking for Service Desk Engineer with 0-2 Years of experience , Receive Calls/incidents through Phone, Web, Email or Chat .Log incidents in Ticketing tools and share the ticket number with the user . Route incidents between team and Follow till closure .Basic experience of customer handling. Provide First Level troubleshooting based on SOP's.Basic knowledge of email , office automation package usage ,Window's Desktop OS . Call Logging, Tracking, Follow-up and Closure of calls. Generation of Reports , Should posses Probing Skills , Excellent Communication Skills ..
