We are looking for Data Center Engineer with 1-2 Years of Experience Basic Understanding of Active directory and Networks , Data Center Status Monitoring & verification of DC equipment & Operations like Server/LAN/WAN operations. Diagnosis and rectification of faults/ defects and problems by working with specialized teams/Service Provider. Performs various Data Centre related activities like performing scheduled batch jobs, taking and managing backup .Managing Data Centre facility by interacting with different vendors. Executes all the routine functions by following SOP Manual & maintaining proper Record of the Activities performed in the DC.

We are looking for Service Desk Engineer with 0-2 Years of experience , Receive Calls/incidents through Phone, Web, Email or Chat .Log incidents in Ticketing tools and share the ticket number with the user . Route incidents between team and Follow till closure .Basic experience of customer handling. Provide First Level troubleshooting based on SOP's.Basic knowledge of email , office automation package usage ,Window's Desktop OS . Call Logging, Tracking, Follow-up and Closure of calls. Generation of Reports , Should posses Probing Skills , Excellent Communication Skills ..
