About the Role
Cloud Kitchen Network is seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead revenue growth, build scalable sales strategies, and manage high-performing sales teams. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution to drive business expansion.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Business Growth
Develop and execute short-term and long-term sales strategies
Drive revenue targets across B2B/B2C channels
Identify new markets, partnerships, and expansion opportunities
Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior
Team Leadership & Performance Management
Lead, coach, and manage sales managers and executives
Set KPIs, targets, and performance benchmarks
Conduct regular reviews, training sessions, and pipeline discussions
Build a high-performance sales culture
Client Acquisition & Key Account Management
Acquire high-value clients and strategic partners
Maintain relationships with key accounts and stakeholders
Lead negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract closures
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Sales Operations & Reporting
Monitor CRM, MIS, and sales dashboards
Forecast revenue and prepare monthly/quarterly reports
Coordinate with marketing, operations, and finance teams
Ensure process discipline and data accuracy
Required Skills & Qualifications
610 years of experience in sales, with significant leadership exposure
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to manage large teams and complex sales cycles
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and reporting
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
