Senior Sales Executive (Full Time)

Why We��re Hiring:

We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Senior Sales Representative with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. If you have hands-on experience in sales (preferably real estate), this role offers you the opportunity to take your career to the next level. You will be responsible for driving property sales, maintaining client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential buyers through various channels such as referrals, online marketing, and networking.

Property Presentations & Site Visits: Conduct engaging property presentations and guide clients through site visits.

Sales Negotiation & Closing: Drive negotiations and close deals, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the process.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to provide the best options to clients.

Sales Tracking & Reporting: Regularly update management on sales activities, progress, and client feedback, ensuring sales targets are met.

Candidate Requirements:

1-2 years of sales experience (real estate experience is highly preferred)

Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office

Own vehicle (preferred for site visits)
