fashion tv is now looking for performance marketing head

requirement:

 experience working hands-on in a performance marketing capacity with one or more

of these channels: paid search (google adwords, bing ads), paid social, native,

display

 extensive familiarity with direct response campaigns with precise kpis

 aptitude for rigorous quantitative analysis

 experience with analytics platforms (google analytics, mix panel, etc), and ability to

report regularly and consistently on campaign metrics

 excellent excel skills, communication, and presentation skills

 ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously

 willingness to learn about new marketing channels and strategies, and work in a

fast-paced start-up environment

 be a results-oriented self-starter, and a clear and strategic thinker

 lead generation experience

 google adwords or similar certification

 bachelor's degree required

in this role your duties are likely to include:

 execute tests, collect and analyse data, identify trends and insights in order to

achieve maximum roi in paid search campaigns

 track, report, and analyze website analytics and ppc initiatives and

campaigns.

 manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs

and reconciling discrepancies

 optimize copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing

campaigns

 perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimization

 research and analyze competitor advertising links
