Position:** SAP FICO LEAD CONSULTANT

**Experience:** 10+ years

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Project Management:**

- Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.

- Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.

2. **Team Leadership:**

- Manage a team of SAP FICO consultants, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

- Conduct regular performance assessments and identify opportunities for skill development.

3. **Client Communication:**

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business needs and translating them into SAP FICO solutions.

- Establish and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and regular updates.

4. **Technical Expertise:**

- Demonstrate a deep understanding of SAP FICO modules, configurations, and integration with other SAP modules.

- Provide technical leadership in designing, developing, and implementing SAP FICO solutions.

5. **Solution Design and Implementation:**

- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to design and implement SAP FICO solutions that align with business objectives.

- Ensure the successful execution of SAP FICO projects from conceptualization to delivery.

6. **Continuous Improvement:**

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the SAP FICO competency.

- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in SAP FICO.

7. **Quality Assurance:**

- Ensure the quality and accuracy of SAP FICO configurations, customizations, and implementations.

- Conduct regular audits to maintain high standards of deliverables.

8. **Training and Knowledge Transfer:**

- Conduct training sessions for team members to enhance their SAP FICO knowledge and skills.
