• Create new revenue by building and managing a pipeline of customers/prospects from identification to negotiation to execution. You will be expected to aggressively develop prospects for you and your team.
• Achieves the monthly sales quota and other relevant quarterly targets and ability to work under pressure
• Ability to build a network of advocacy during the sales cycle
• Up sell / Cross sell and enhance existing relationships with clients.
• Ability to plan effectively for each call/virtual meeting during the sales cycle
• Write effective proposals, which address the needs of the prospects and outline a profitable solution for both prospect and company.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms for long-term relationships.
• Effectively managing the team to collectively achieve the targets.
• Provide valuable contribution to the account planning process to ensure successful development of clients.
• Act as a source of market intelligence and market needs internally.
• Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
• Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s positions and differentiators.
