??experience: minimum 2 years plus.

??qualification: graduate.

??age: between 24 to 35 years preferred.

??location: mumbai western suburbs

??salary expectancy: to lakh/ year + incentives.

??probation period: 6 months.

key roles:

? generating new leads

? following up existing leads & convert them.

? looking for new projects & new business potential.

? to serve existing client base and improve business.

? manage and follow the database in erp.

key activities:

? communication: confident communicator. basic command of english language is desired but more important is being expressive.

? telecalling: minimum number of sales tele-calls to be made and recorded.

? follow up: regular follow up with existing clients and new leads. the candidate is expected to have a good sense of ownership.

? target achievement: the candidate is expected to consistently meet his/her targets along with ensuring all other tasks are also being done.
