Job Description

- achieve or exceed sales targets by promoting and selling plastic products (such as plastic sheets, packaging materials, molded parts, etc.) to businesses in various industries, including manufacturing, retail, and consumer goods.

- build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and potential clients, including manufacturers, wholesalers, and distributors.

- maintain in-depth knowledge of the companys product offerings, including the various types of plastics (., polyethylene, polypropylene, pvc) and their applications in different industries.

- conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, target markets, and emerging trends in the plastic manufacturing industry.

- present and demonstrate plastic products to clients, tailoring presentations to address their specific needs and challenges.

- generate new leads through various channels such as cold calls, networking, industry events, trade shows, and referrals.

- manage the order process from the initial inquiry to order confirmation, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery of products.

- provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale, ensuring clients are satisfied with their purchases and the services provided.

- prepare regular sales reports, highlighting sales performance, market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.

- work closely with the production, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of client orders.

- prepare and send accurate product quotations to clients, ensuring that pricing is competitive and aligned with company margins.

- ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies related to product quality, safety, and environmental impact.
