We seek a dynamic *Sales and Marketing Engineer* to drive growth in our Industrial Air Compressors division. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Develop and execute sales strategies for industrial air compressors.

- Build and maintain relationships with B2B clients (manufacturers, distributors, etc.).

- Conduct product presentations, demos, and technical consultations.

- Perform market research to identify new opportunities and competitors.

- Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions for client needs.

- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely order closure.

- Travel extensively across Kolkata and neighbouring regions to meet clients.
