graduate from an accredited college

post graduation preferred

experience:

4 - 7 years of experience in sales preferably in hfc or in nbfc

preferred - minimum 2 years of handling dsa channel

minimum 1 year of team handling experience in affordable /mass affluent segment

experience of recruiting and training of sales team and channel partners

ability to liaison & follow-up with external and internal stakeholders

good written & verbal communication skills

ability to work under tight deadlines

knowledge and understanding of the local affordable /mass affluent market

knowledge of compliance regulations as issued by nhb, rbi etc.
