Sales Manager-Housing Finance

Incumbent should have passion for understanding the customer need & driving sales for products which are carefully designed around them.

Graduate from an accredited college

Post Graduation preferred

EXPERIENCE:

4 - 7 years of experience in sales preferably in HFC or in NBFC

Preferred - Minimum 2 years of handling DSA channel

Minimum 1 year of team handling experience in affordable /mass affluent segment

Experience of recruiting and training of sales team and channel partners

Ability to liaison & follow-up with external and internal stakeholders

Good written & verbal communication skills

Ability to work under tight deadlines

Knowledge and understanding of the local affordable /mass affluent market

Knowledge of compliance regulations as issued by NHB, RBI etc.
