Key Responsibilities
1) Supervise and manage a team of telemarketing agents, ensuring performance targets are consistently met.
2) Develop and implement telemarketing strategies and scripts tailored to the gaming industry.
3)Provide regular coaching, training, and support to enhance team skills and productivity.
4)Monitor calls for quality assurance, compliance, and effectiveness.
5)Analyze campaign data and generate reports on lead conversion rates, customer feedback, and call metrics.
6) Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to align messaging and user engagement strategies.
7) Resolve escalated customer issues professionally and efficiently.
8) Ensure adherence to data privacy and telemarketing regulations.
Requirements
1)Proven experience (24 years) as a Sales Manager or Team Leader, preferably in relevant filed
2) Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
3)Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
4)Familiarity with CRM systems and related software.
5)Passion for gaming and knowledge of online gaming platforms is a plus.
6) Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
7) Fluency in Hindi
