We are in search of a driven Life Insurance Sales Manager to lead our team, formulate strategies, increase revenue, and guarantee excellent customer service and compliance.
Responsibilities:
€¢ Create and execute sales plans to meet objectives and boost income.
€¢ Recruit, train, and manage a successful sales team.
€¢ Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance retention and satisfaction.
€¢ Keep up with market changes and adjust strategies accordingly.
€¢ Ensure adherence to industry regulations and provide regular performance reports to senior management.
Requirements:
€¢ Bachelor€™s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
€¢ More than 2 years of sales experience, including at least 6 months in a management position in the insurance industry.
€¢ Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
€¢ Salary up to 4 LPA + incentives + benefits.
€¢ A bike and a valid driving license are mandatory.
