We are in search of a driven Life Insurance Sales Manager to lead our team, formulate strategies, increase revenue, and guarantee excellent customer service and compliance.
Responsibilities:
Create and execute sales plans to meet objectives and boost income.
Recruit, train, and manage a successful sales team.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance retention and satisfaction.
Keep up with market changes and adjust strategies accordingly.
Ensure adherence to industry regulations and provide regular performance reports to senior management.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
More than 2 years of sales experience, including at least 6 months in a management position in the insurance industry.
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Salary up to 4 LPA + incentives + benefits.
A bike and a valid driving license are mandatory.
