job responsibilities
• management of customer relationships, management of key accounts, development
of new accounts
• overseeing pre- to post-sales support activities
• recognize customer needs and provide rightful solutions.
• provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
• foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment
• maintain data relative to partners, accounts and activities and will document
customer interactions
• meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our
company's relationship with them
• develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key
demographics
• acquisition of new clients and lead conversion
• creating a short- and long-term sales plan with the intention of achieving the given
objectives and consistently meet revenue goals
qualifications
• bachelor's degree or equivalent in electronics or instrumentation.
• 3 to 5 years' of sales experience
• excellent written and verbal communication skill
experience in extrusion industry or auxiliary industry will be the added advantage.
