Sales Manager (Fresher)

We are looking for a motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Rajkot. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities:

1. **Develop Sales Strategies**: Create effective sales plans and strategies to reach sales targets and grow revenue.

2. **Manage Customer Relationships**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions.

3. **Conduct Market Research**: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

4. **Generate Leads**: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.

5. **Prepare Sales Reports**: Regularly track and analyze sales performance, preparing reports to inform management about progress and achievements.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate should be a graduate with a strong desire to excel in sales. Good communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for building rapport with clients. A basic understanding of sales techniques and market dynamics is beneficial. Additionally, candidates should be self-motivated, eager to learn, and capable of working in a team environment.
