Responsibilities:
€¢ Conducting field visits to promote products/services.
€¢ Travelling extensively to cover assigned districts, spending a minimum of 4 days per week on field visits.
€¢ Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, particularly focusing on tender processes.
€¢ Identifying potential clients and developing strategies to secure new business opportunities.
€¢ Collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets and maximize sales revenue.
€¢ Ensuring accurate and timely reporting of sales activities, including sales visits, leads, and conversions.
Requirements:
€¢ Bachelor€™s degree in any field.
€¢ Proven experience in field sales, preferably in a similar industry.
€¢ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
€¢ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
€¢ A willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours as needed.
€¢ Knowledge of tender processes and government procurement procedures is a plus.
€¢ Valid driving license and a reliable vehicle for travel.
