key responsibilities:
• develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the us market.
• identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across the target industries.
• manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiations and closure.
• build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with clients to understand their business needs and deliver tailored it solutions.
• collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to align offerings with market demand.
• conduct in-depth market research to stay ahead of trends, meet client expectations, and maintain a competitive edge.
• utilize crm platforms (., salesforce, hubspot) to track performance metrics, forecast sales, and manage the pipeline
• represent the company at us-based industry events, client meetings, and conferences to build visibility and trust.
• ensure high client satisfaction, account retention, and growth through proactive communication and service excellence.
requirements:
• bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (mba preferred)
• 2+ years of proven experience in sales, with a focus on the us market and it services
• demonstrated success in consistently achieving or surpassing sales quotas
• strong grasp of us business culture, sales practices, procurement processes, and compliance regulations
• excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
• proficient in crm platforms such as salesforce, hubspot, or similar
• prior experience in technical/it services sales is essential
• ability to operate both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
• a high level of ownership, accountability, and goal-oriented mindset
preferred skills:
• deep understanding of the it services domain, including ios and android applications, custom web and app applications, artificial intelligence, apis, and more.
• familiarity with us compliance frameworks and procurement procedures
• exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, foster relationships, and maintain engaging conversations with clients
• strong work ethic, self-motivation, and resilience in a fast-paced sales environment
• comfortable working across different time zones with a flexible schedule when required
