Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across the target industries. Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiations and closure. Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with clients to understand their business needs and deliver tailored IT solutions. Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to align offerings with market demand. Conduct in-depth market research to stay ahead of trends, meet client expectations, and maintain a competitive edge. Utilize CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track performance metrics, forecast sales, and manage the pipeline Represent the company at US-based industry events, client meetings, and conferences to build visibility and trust. Ensure high client satisfaction, account retention, and growth through proactive communication and service excellence.Requirements: Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred) 2+ years of proven experience in sales, with a focus on the US market and IT services Demonstrated success in consistently achieving or surpassing sales quotas Strong grasp of US business culture, sales practices, procurement processes, and compliance regulations Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills Proficient in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar Prior experience in Technical/IT Services sales is essential Ability to operate both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams A high level of ownership, accountability, and goal-oriented mindsetPreferred Skills: Deep understanding of the IT services domain, including iOS and Android applications, Custom Web and App applications, Artificial Intelligence, APIs, and more. Well versed about US Terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc. Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) positions. Responsible for Coordinating fulfilment of other formalities such as background check, drug test etc. leading to joining post placement. Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
