Job Description

achieve sales targets: develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

generate and qualify leads: identify and pursue new business opportunities through various methods, including market research, cold calling, and networking.

conduct sales presentations and demos: effectively present and demonstrate products or services to potential and existing clients to highlight their value.

build and maintain client relationships: act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. this includes follow-ups with leads and existing customers.

negotiate and close deals: skilfully negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers to close sales and maximize profits.

report on sales activities: maintain accurate and detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using crm software. submit regular reports and forecasts to management.

stay informed on market and competition: keep up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

collaborate with internal teams: work closely with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

required skills and qualifications:

education: a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often preferred, though relevant sales experience may be sufficient.

experience: proven experience in a field sales or similar customer-facing role, with a strong track record of achieving sales quotas.

communication: exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and persuade effectively.

negotiation skills: strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to navigate customer objections and finalize deals.

motivation and resilience: a self-motivated and target-driven mindset with the resilience to handle rejection and work in a high-pressure, deadline-oriented environment.
