Ugraya Mercantile Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Leader to drive business growth in the HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés/Catering) segment for the brand Vashishti. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing key accounts, expanding market presence, leading institutional sales initiatives, and building long-term relationships with chefs, purchase managers, distributors, and hospitality groups.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies for the HoReCa segment across assigned territories.
Identify and onboard new institutional clients including hotels, cafés, restaurants, cloud kitchens, caterers, and corporate kitchens.
Build strong relationships with chefs, procurement teams, F&B managers, and decision-makers.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and revenue growth.
Appoint and manage distributors/dealers for HoReCa business expansion.
Conduct product presentations, tastings, and sampling activities for clients.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams including operations, dispatch, finance, and marketing for smooth execution.
Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy receivables from clients.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, MIS, and territory development plans.
Lead negotiations for pricing, contracts, and annual supply agreements.
Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and hospitality networking events.
