role description

this is a full-time on-site role located in bengaluru for a sales head. the sales head will be responsible for driving overall sales strategies, managing and expanding client portfolios, overseeing the sales team, and meeting business goals. day-to-day tasks will include planning and executing sales initiatives, supervising account management activities, and analyzing data to optimize team performance and revenue growth.

qualifications

proficiency in sales management and driving revenue growth

experienced in team management and leadership

strong account management and client relationship skills

analytical skills to evaluate performance metrics, analyze trends, and implement actionable insights

proven ability to meet targets and manage operations effectively
