roles and responsibilities
• suspects, prospects and generates new sales leads from schools, colleges, institutes, universities and other education centers for it hardware and networking products including, but not limited to: servers, firewalls, routers, switches, laptop, computer, printers and accessories, video conference, audio conference, audio systems, displays, signage tv, video walls, projectors, interactive displays, security cameras, bio-metric machines, office supplies, it software, and many others
• responsible for an end to end sales process which involves; lead generation, cold calling, meeting clients, prospecting, customer on boarding and finally overseeing excellent after sales services.
• generating qualified opportunities for the company by rigorously prospecting and researching in the given region/ market. implementing lead generation strategies.
• execute the b2b and b2c sales strategy, heading the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure, to meet the sales targets for the designated portfolio.
• meet prospective client, execute effective service demonstrations, emphasizing service features and benefits with focus on the value of service.
• deliver sales pitches and presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits of a product to influence purchase.
• develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts.
• explore and target new business leads and opportunities in hardware domain (education segment).
• close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
• adept at business communication, prospecting, client engagement, sales presentations and sales demos, social media and social selling.
• communicate with customers to identify their requirements and assist them with selecting appropriate products that meet their specifications
