Calling clients with the leads provided and explaining them the construction project.

Meeting clients during site visits explaining them the construction project.

Demonstrating the project details to the clients on visit.

Following up with the clients after their visit is completed.

Negotiating with clients and convincing them to purchase the property

Maintaining records of clients after their purchase.

Recovery of payments to be done with clients as per the stage of construction.

Once the project is complete giving them possession of the property.

Attending exhibition & conclave whenever required.
