Ø manage the leads given by marketing team
Ø maintain the database of all the leads in a internal template of the organisation.
sales calls/ meetings
Ø call / whatsapp the leads or meet in person if required
Ø introduce the company to the clients and position markfeet as the best option to buy supplements in the markets.
Ø build trust with clients and position markfeet the best company to deal with.
sales order conversion
Ø introduce the brands available and ask the client for their requirement if any.
Ø if asked products are available then give or if the client is convertible, convert them into more margin products.
Ø if asked product are not available then tell them about similar available products & convince them to buy others similar products and closed the deal with the same.
Ø if the client is ready to order, then process the order with operation team
Ø if the client is not ready to order because of price, pitch a better deal and find a win-win solution.
Ø if the client does not have requirement for now, asked them when to contact them again
client co-ordination
Ø contact and co-ordinate with clients professionally with respect and honor
Ø be the interface between the client and operation team and resolve the queries and issues.
