Job Description

• Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.

• Studying the details of each offering and remaining abreast of updates to these offerings.

• Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.

• Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance- related expectations.

• Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

• Eligibility criteria of English proficiency is must.

• Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.

• Work experience as a Tele caller or a similar role in the Sales Department.
