• preparation & finalization of sales & expense budgets for the assigned territory.
• achievement of the sales budget - equipment, spare parts, retrofits, service current accounts and develop new accounts to meet sales targets through sales presentations and utilization of support services
• keep track of projects awarded in the region – nhai, state road pwd , corporation & pmgsy.
• establish contacts with key customer personnel at sites to ensure high level of customer satisfaction on the aftermarket support and improve sale of spare parts & retrofit.
• hard follow up with customer’s advances and commercials formalities till the submission of fdi, accounts receivable / c forms follow ups.
• maintain good relationship with strategic customers.
• improving on the market share – market intelligence
• monthly reports, rolling plan, lost business reports, collections reports.
• meetings with major financiers.
• follow up on our product related matters, took up the issues of customers and our operational team and discuss with superiors.
• look over admin, accounts and other day to day branch related matters and discuss from superiors and take approvals as and when required.
• site visits on competitor’s products.
• visits on our existing customer’s site after sales and provides updates to service team if customers is facing any issues.
• follow up with customer and our service team for erection and commissioning.
• coordinate with service manager and spare parts personal to provide aftermarket support to customers.
