1- Allocating areas to sales representatives.

2- Maintaining the relationship with clients and try to generate leads.

3- Study the market and understand the requirements of the clients, collect information, analysis and executive a plan.

4- Setting sales targets for individuals reps and your team as a whole. With consultation with your immediate boss.

5- Establishing new business by identifying new market.

6- Monitoring your teams performance and motivating them to reach targets.

7- Compiling and analyzing sales figures.

8- Collecting customer feedback and market research.

9- Reporting to seniors.

10- Keeping up to date with products and competitors.

11- Submission of PJP monthly /weekly as prescribed.

12- Submission of DVR (daily Visit report) daily basis in App/mail.

13- Complaint should be submitted in prescribed format.

14- Monthly submission of secondary Sales data within prescribed time ie5th of next month

15- Monitoring of our folders at the dealers/distributors counters for display to the customers.

16- Prepare list of architect, interior decorator, builders, dealers etc. and arrange meeting with them regularly.
