With consultation with your immediate boss.5- Establishing new business by identifying new market.6- Monitoring your teams performance and motivating them to reach targets.7- Compiling and analyzing sales figures.8- Collecting customer feedback and market research.9- Reporting to seniors.10- Keeping up to date with products and competitors.11- Submission of PJP monthly /weekly as prescribed.12- Submission of DVR (daily Visit report) daily basis in App/mail.13- Complaint should be submitted in prescribed format.14- Monthly submission of secondary Sales data within prescribed time ie5th of next month15- Monitoring of our folders at the dealers/distributors counters for display to the customers.16- Prepare list of architect, interior decorator, builders, dealers etc. and arrange meeting with them regularly.
