Role Overview
1) Sales Ownership - Orchestrate end-to-end sales cycles across India and global markets, from lead gen, pipeline creation to successful deal closure.
2) Strategy - Architect and execute high-impact sales strategies to consistently achieve ambitious growth targets.
3) Client Acquisition: Identify, pursue, and convert high-potential opportunities while deepening relationships with existing clients.
4) Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and evolving client needs.
5) Collaboration: Partner closely with delivery and leadership teams to align sales priorities with broader business goals.
6) Reporting: Maintain clear pipeline visibility, robust sales metrics, and accurate performance dashboards.
What are we looking for?
1) 1-3+ years of experience in Sales (B2B, consulting, outsourcing, KPO, or similar)
2) Demonstrated success in closing deals across both domestic and international markets
3) Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to build, inspire, and manage high-performing sales teams
4) A highly driven, target-oriented mindset, complemented by strong strategic and executional acumen
5) Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel
6) Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and business writing
7) Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
8) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and lean operating environment
9) Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, as required
