seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join as sales & service representative for medical devices. an ideal candidate with keen interest in medical technology and has basic understanding of critical instruments like endoscopes, sterilization equipment.
key responsibilities:
sales:
• promote and sell medical devices to hospitals and other healthcare facilities.
• identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
• build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• conduct product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals.
• meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
service:
• provide technical support and maintenance services for our medical devices.
• install, configure, demonstrate, and test new equipment at client sites.
• perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing equipment.
• troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently.
• train clients on the proper use and maintenance of our devices.
qualifications:
• degree or diploma biomed. engineer, electronics, or any healthcare field.
• basic knowledge of critical medical instruments and equipment.
• strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn new technologies.
• willingness to travel frequently.
• ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• customer-focused with a strong service orientation.
preferred skills:
• previous experience in a similar role or internship in medical device industry is a plus.
• knowledge of sterilization equipment and operating theatre (ot) instruments.
• sales experience in a healthcare or medical device setting.
