The GPS Installer will be responsible for installing GPS devices in vehicles . Key responsibilities include accurately installing GPS equipment in vehicles, ensuring proper functioning of devices, troubleshooting any technical issues that arise, and maintaining accurate records of installations. Applicants must have a minimum education level of 12th Pass and be comfortable working with electronic equipment. No prior experience is required as on-the-job training will be provided. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have good problem-solving skills, and possess a strong work ethic. - Install, configure, and calibrate medical devices and equipment at customer sites according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards.- Perform thorough checks on all installed equipment to ensure they are fully operational and meet quality control standards.- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with medical devices, including malfunctioning systems, equipment failures, or software-related problems.- Conduct regular preventive maintenance on medical equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.- Provide technical support and consultation to clients on the proper use, operation, and maintenance of medical equipment.- Train healthcare professionals and staff on how to properly use and maintain the equipment.- Ensure all installations, maintenance, and repairs meet the required safety and quality standards as per Vikas Meditechs policies and regulatory guidelines.- Complete accurate service reports, detailing work performed, parts used, and any recommendations for future services or repairs.- Maintain detailed logs of customer interactions, service requests, and the status of ongoing projects.- Quickly identify and resolve problems or technical malfunctions to minimize downtime for medical devices and equipment.- Manage and track the inventory of spare parts, tools, and materials needed for service operations.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.- Coordinate and schedule service appointments with clients, ensuring efficient time management and travel logistics.- Provide detailed technical analysis and feedback to the management team regarding recurring issues, potential design flaws, or necessary product improvements.- Install software upgrades and updates on medical devices when needed.- Work closely with the sales team to provide technical input on product features, installations, and upgrades.
