about the role

we are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven sales executive to join our team. this is a remote, work-from-home position, where you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients over calls to promote our products/services and close sales.

key responsibilities

lead generation:

call potential clients based on provided leads or databases.

research and identify new sales opportunities.

client engagement:

present and explain product/service features and benefits clearly.

address client queries and concerns professionally and effectively.

sales conversion:

convert leads into confirmed sales by building rapport and trust.

meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

crm management:

accurately document all client interactions in the customer relationship management (crm) system.

maintain an updated pipeline of prospects.

follow-up:

regularly follow up with potential and existing clients to nurture relationships and ensure repeat business.

feedback and reporting:

gather client feedback and share insights with the team for product/service improvement.

prepare and submit sales performance reports.
