we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales executive to join our growing team at machinery, a leading manufacturer of laser marking, welding, and cutting machines. the ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building customer relationships, and closing sales deals in industrial sectors.
key responsibilities:
actively generate leads through cold calling, visits, trade shows, and referrals
identify potential customers through research, trade shows, industry forums, referrals, and online channels.
understand customer needs and recommend appropriate laser solutions
conduct product demonstrations (with technical team support if needed)
follow up on inquiries, prepare quotes, and negotiate deals
build and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients and distributors
achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
maintain crm entries and prepare sales reports
coordinate with technical and service teams for after-sales support
requirements:
bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, marketing, or a related field.
excellent communication and presentation skills.
strong understanding of industrial machinery or willingness to learn.
