Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls in a voice process .

Conduct upselling and cross-selling activities to maximize sales opportunities.

Maintain and grow customer relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Key Requirements:

Experience in upselling and cross-selling products and services.

Experience B2C Sales.

Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.

1- 4years of inside sales experience.
