we are looking for energetic sales / telecalling executives* with prior *bpo/call center experience* to join our sales team. you will be responsible for lead generation, client outreach, and supporting business growth in the solar energy sector.

*key responsibilities*

* conduct outbound calls to generate and qualify leads

* handle inbound queries with professionalism and clarity

* explain solar solutions (epc, pv modules, solar kits) to prospects

* update and maintain crm records, follow-up calls, and reports

* collaborate with sales managers to convert leads into opportunities

* achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets

*required skills & experience*

* 3+ years of experience in bpo / call center / telecalling (sales or customer support)

* excellent communication in hindi & english (regional languages an advantage)

* strong persuasion and customer engagement skills

* familiarity with crm/call-handling tools preferred

* interest in renewable energy is a plus
