role overview:
we are looking for dynamic and self-driven sales executives with experience in fmcg / commodities to expand our retail, wholesale, and institutional presence in the tirupati region.
key responsibilities:
retail & wholesale order booking
visit assigned areas daily to generate orders from retail, general trade, dry fruit shops, and wholesale outlets.
product placement
ensure proper placement and visibility of sankalpa nuts & snacks products in:
sweet shops
dry fruit stores
kirana shops
supermarkets
corporate / institutional sales (added advantage)
candidates with corporate or institutional sales experience will be preferred.
ability to approach corporate offices, hotels, hostels, and industry cafeterias.
relationship management
build and maintain strong relationships with:
hospital canteens
college canteens
corporate canteens
hotel procurement teams
travel & field work
must be willing to travel within assigned territories.
daily market visits, route planning, and coverage of new and existing customers.
requirements:
minimum 1–3 years of sales experience in fmcg, dry fruits, grocery, or commodities.
good communication and negotiation skills.
two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
ability to work independently to achieve monthly targets.
basic smartphone knowledge for reporting.
