responsibilities:
�� identify and approach prospective clients in the lab furniture, scientific equipment, and turnkey project space.
�� send quotation for prospective interested clients & follow up clients on quotation shared
�� understand client requirements and coordinate with design and technical teams to deliver appropriate solutions.
�� coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and after-sales service.
�� maintain an updated database of clients and track customer interactions.
�� build and maintain long-term relationships with architects, consultants, institutes, pharma companies, and research centers.
�� prepare and share regular sales and customer relationship reports with management.
�� conduct periodic follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
�� meet or exceed monthly sales targets and report progress to management.
requisite skills:
�� minimum 2-3 years of experience in a sale preferred industry: lab furniture, scientific/analytical instruments, turnkey lab setup, construction/architectural projects related to labs or within a manufacturing or technical industry.
�� experience in handling customer relations, order processing, and willingness to travel for business meetings and client site visits
education:
�� bachelors/diploma in engineering with a science/technical background is mandatory.
�� candidates without this qualification will not be considered.
