Roles. Responsibility

Identify potential customers for financial products such as Personal Loan, Business Loan, etc.

- Pitch and explain loan services to walk-in clients, referrals, and leads generated by telecalling or marketing

team.

- Conduct field visits when required to close deals or collect documents.

- Maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.

- Coordinate with internal teams for processing, documentation, and loan disbursement.

- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

- Stay updated with loan market trends, eligibility criteria, and competitor offerings.
