Responsibility Identify potential customers for financial products such as Personal Loan, Business Loan, etc.- Pitch and explain loan services to walk-in clients, referrals, and leads generated by telecalling or marketingteam.- Conduct field visits when required to close deals or collect documents.- Maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.- Coordinate with internal teams for processing, documentation, and loan disbursement.- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.- Stay updated with loan market trends, eligibility criteria, and competitor offerings.
